Cancellation

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Dekormaison, Wallweg 2a, 36043 Fulda, Email: info@dekormaison.com, Phone: +49 15678712467) inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
